Coupon Redemption Issues At Target Stores

In recent weeks, several couponers have noticed that they were not getting the full value of their coupons at Target Stores across the nation.  When questioned about the problem, Target says they are working on a fix and suggest that consumers return to the store to get the full coupon amount.  You can read a couple of good articles HERE and HERE.  My advise is to pay close attention when the cashier is scanning your coupons at any store and always keep a copy of the store's coupon policy with you.  Hopefully, Target will correct this problem soon.
